Reiki is really a vibrational healing practice that engages your body self healing. At Reiki Toronto Care, the treatment is usually offered through a gentle touch. It is considered to be safe for anyone at any health. Regardless of what medical treatment you may be receiving, you can still use Reiki at the same time.

It uses the same technology that martial artists use when they are using “ki” to do movements. However, the difference is that the “ki” is being use for healing. The unique part is that the person’s body decides what happens during the session. If there are areas in your body that lack “ki”, it will put more there. If there are certain blockages to the “ki”, they will be removed.

At Reiki Toronto Care, most patients usually fall into meditation during their session and feel very relaxed. Your body regulates how much you will need in certain areas. This is why some patients report more feeling in certain areas than in others. Since divine energy is being used, the patient can feel more energized than before the session.
